Hi! My name is Denise and I am on the younger side of the baby boomers (mid 40’s). I am by nature a questioner, a learner, an explorer, and a challenger. Having been gifted with these traits, I have always been the curious sort and have sought to find the answers to the “whys” of my life. A big one for me has always been, “why do good things always seem to happen to others and not me,” Well, I believe I have discovered the answer to that question. For me personally, it has been a matter of changing my mind and changing my attitude along with a few behavior adjustments. I am not an Einstein nor a Newton but I am reasonably intelligent and I trust in results, not just theories. My purpose for writing this blog is to share with others the things that I have learned that have helped me to create a happier and more successful life. I encourage you to try the strategies that I will write about and experience a better life for yourself.

Today I did what some people would think is crazy … I posted my Life Dreaming workbook for free to all my readers.
I wrote it a while ago and am self publishing it this year and decided to share the (nearly) final draft with all the people who visit me.
